International orders
- It is the customer's responsibility to pay any taxes and/or duties that their shipping destination requires upon receipt
- All international orders are final
- No exchanges, returns, or refunds are accepted for international orders
Domestic orders
- Customers must fill in the return and exchange form given in the package and follow the instructions
- Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached
- Refunds and returns are not accepted, unless the product is incorrect upon receipt
- Exchanges are limited to size
- Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs
